Rental Info Letter

With Valley Wind and Reed all rent applies to the purchase price (of ANY instrument of equal or greater value. Rent a clarinet… use your rental credit to purchase a saxophone. That's OK !) Keep renting until it's yours or take advantage of our early buyout discount. ( 25% off the declining balance any time )
Switch from one instrument to another and retain rental credit ( if you switch to an instrument of lesser value your credit will be prorated )
Return the instrument any time after three months with no further obligation
Normal wear and tear problems are handled by our repair staff at no charge (we are the authorized warrantee repair depot for the instrument lines we carry.) Just get the instrument to us and we fix it.
We offer an optional insurance that covers you against accidental damage and theft (3.00 / month, $5.00 for saxophones) $0 deductible if it's damaged and we can fix it. $100 deductible if it's damaged beyond repair or stolen. $200.00 deductible for saxophones.
We take payment in bi monthly (every 2 months) installments, either on your Visa or MasterCard, or PAP (pre authorized payments) from your chequing account. If you wish the PAP option you will need to bring 2 cheques.
Prepay the school year and save some rent! Pay for 9 months, have it for 10!

Purchase with our Buy Back Guarantee

Buy it right now (save about 30% ) and if your player doesn't want it, we guarantee to buy back it from you for what you paid for it, less what you would have rented it for. You have to keep it at least 2 months and any repairs over normal wear and tear will be deducted as well.
